Notification of the event

• - For a smooth online fan-signing event, we will conduct a simple rehearsal 2 hours before the event starts. At this time, 

• we'll check your identity with the information you wrote down on the applicant's form.

• - You cannot participate in the event unless you are the winner or can't confirm it.

• - The rehearsal is expected to take about a minute from entering the waiting room to video call testing and identification, 

• so please participate in the event smoothly and we are not responsible for any problems caused by your absence.

• - Video calls cannot be made if the winner cannot be contacted within the scheduled event time or if the winner is unable to proceed through the KiT Player.

• - If there is a problem with the winner's network status or mobile phone setting, 

• it may be difficult to proceed with the event, so please check your network environment, screen, and audio settings in advance

• - If a person other than the winner yourself intervenes in the video call, the video call may be forcibly terminated by the event manager.

• - Video calls may be suspended at any time without consent if the event manager determines that it is necessary or at the request of the artist.

1. Please log in the KiT player. (Click the "i" menu on the left side of the main screen and log in with the KiT album mall ID/PW)

2. When the online fan-signing event is held, the winners will be able to enter the waiting room with a pop-up.

3. You can chat with other people in the waiting room and ask questions to the event manager.

4. When it's your turn in the waiting room, you'll make a video call through the video call start pop-up. (The order of video calls will be given randomly)

5. Video calls are made for a specified time, and when the timer rings, the call ends and automatically moves to the waiting room.

6. You can end the connection afterwards or you can stay in the waiting room until the event ends.
