1. For defective printing or missing components, exchange or refund is
possible only within 7 days of receipt of the product.
2. Missing parts and poor printouts
Unboxing video required -> Please submit the video
and photos of defective parts to firstname.lastname@example.org after filming
3. Printed photocard exchanges are for: Smudges, imprints,
scratches, peelings on the face part, indelible stains and fingerprints,
scratches, and ink splashes of less than 5mm on parts other than the face (backside,
background, etc.) are not subject to exchange/refund.
4. Outer box (exterior package) damage exchanges are for: In case the external
damage is large in shape

- The outer box is
designed to protect the product, and refunds and exchanges are not possible due
to slight pressure, scratches, or contamination damage.
- In case of serious damage to the overall outer box and
appearance, we will exchange it for a partial replacement only in the stock we
have, so please understand this.

- Please note that only the "air kit parts" will
be replaced if the "air kit" in the components is subject to
