How to Sign Up
- MUZLIVE Inc. Shopping Mall is a membership-based shop.
- There is no membership fee or annual fee. It's 100% free.
- Members earn mileage from purchase.
- Being our members allow to get special discount through our various events and benefits.
How to order
There is 5 steps to place orders.
  1. - STEP1 : Search product
  2. - STEP2 : Add to Cart
  3. - STEP3 : Member or Non-member Login
  4. - STEP4 : Choose payment method and make payment
  5. - STEP5 : Order completed (Order No.)
For non-member oders, in step 5 please make sure to keep order no. and authorization no. (Credit Card payment)
Please be adviced that order no. and authorization no. will be saved automatically for Members.
How to make payment
- Products will only be shipped after payment has been made.
- In case of account transfer, shipment can be delayed if name of orderer and depositer is different. Please call or leave message on the notice board.

Shipping Policy
- Shipping Method : Parcel Service
- Delivery Area : Country wide (Jeju Island, islands and mountain regions are subjected to additional charge)
- Delivery Fee : Additional delivery fee of USD0 for total purchase under USD.
- Delivery Time : 3-7 days (business days)
- Delivery note : 7-14 days in case of out of stock or restock products
Exchange/ Return Policy
Acceptable Exchange/ Return
  • - All requests for exchanges and return must be made within 7 days after receiving the package. Please be adviced that in case of home appliances, exchange and return cannot be proceeded if package opened or the value of the goods is decreased.
  • - Package can be returned within 3 months from the date of receipt or within 30 days from the date on which recognized that the contents of goods differ from the advertisement.
Unacceptable Exchange/ Return
  • - The goods delivered is lost or damaged with the responsibility of the customers. Exception for the damage on packaging for checking the contents in the box.
  • - The package is damaged or the value of the goods is decreased.
    Ex) Exchange or Returns of home appliances, foods, record and defective pixel in devices with LCD such as notebook, monitor, digital camera follows manufacturers' regulation.
  • - The value of the goods is significantly decreased due to the use or consumption by the customers.
  • - The value of the goods is significantly decreased thus not available for re-sale due to the lapse of time.
  • - The packaging is damaged, if the goods may be reproduced to the goods showing the same performance.

  • ※ In case of exchange or return due to change of mind, returning shipping cost will be responsible of the customer. (Including the exchange of size and color)
Refunds Policy
- Refund will be made within 3 business days after checking the returned products.
- Credit card authorization will be cancelled in case of Credit card payment.
(Please be adviced that payment can be proceeded on your monthly billing day and refund amount will be proceeded in the next billing month)
- Minimum mileage can be used from 2.00 and no limit use by one time purchase.
- Mileage will be automatically cancelled on concellation or refunds of the relevant orders. Your mileage will be cancelled if you close your account
- Mileage will be expired when there is no additional mileage accumulated in 3 years after last mileage earned.
