Regarding overseas shipping, we deliver via an overseas shipping agency.

1. For defective printing or missing components, exchange or refund is possible only within 7 days of receipt of the product.
2. Missing parts and poor printouts

3. Printed photocard exchanges are for: Smudges, imprints, scratches, peelings on the face part, indelible stains and fingerprints, crumpled corners
★ Imprints, scratches, and ink splashes of less than 5mm on parts other than the face (backside, background, etc.) are not subject to exchange/refund.

4. Outer box (exterior package) damage exchanges are for: In case the external damage is large in shape
★ Imprints of less than 10mm on the package, printed splashes are not subject to exchange/refund

[Exchange/Refund] Exchange/return information

- The outer box is designed to protect the product, and refunds and exchanges are not possible due to slight pressure, scratches, or contamination damage.
- In case of serious damage to the overall outer box and appearance, we will exchange it for a partial replacement only in the stock we have, so please understand this.

- Please note that only the "air kit parts" will be replaced if the "air kit" in the components is subject to malfunction.

[Return Policy]
Under the Korea Fair Trade Commission’s standard agreement, the return must be requested within 7 days from the day you have got the item.Return process begins when the shipping fee is deposited or paid.

When you pay the shipping fee in advance, deposit the rest.

We are responsible for the shipping fee for the exchange when there’s a defect on the item or it was a wrong delivery.
